Scope

• These terms apply to all bookings and services provided by Aura Nails.
• The service description and prices published on this site are part of the agreement.
• We may update these terms; the version in force at booking time applies.

Booking and confirmations

• Appointments are created via this site or directly through our contact channels.
• You must provide correct contact details; confirmations are sent by email.
• Please inform us about health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect the service.

Rescheduling and cancellation

• You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings.
• We may cancel or move appointments due to illness, force majeure, or safety reasons; we will notify you promptly.

Prices and payments

• Prices are shown in EUR; the valid price is the one confirmed at booking time.
• Payment is due after the service; available methods are shown on site (cash or card where offered).
• Gift cards or credits (if any) are non-refundable and can be applied only to services we provide.

Arrival and client obligations

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early; delays shorten your slot to avoid affecting other clients.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may reschedule or refuse the service to keep the schedule.
• Follow hygiene instructions and avoid services in case of infections, open wounds, or contraindications.

Liability and warranty

• We provide services with professional care; any aftercare instructions must be followed for best results.
• Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence; we are not liable for your personal belongings on site.
• German law applies; place of performance and jurisdiction is Berlin, where permitted by law.
